Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This page explains what we collect when you use the Zorren website (zorren.com.au), how we use it, and how that information is handled. We've kept it short and plain.

Information we collect

Most of what we hold is what you choose to send us through our contact or quote forms. That can include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if you provide one)
  • Your business name (if you add it)
  • Your website URL (if you provide one)
  • Anything you write in our contact or quote forms
  • Basic analytics and usage information, such as which pages are viewed

We may also collect referral and campaign information, such as the page you arrived from, referral source, or marketing campaign information associated with your visit.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to:

  • Reply to your enquiry
  • Put together a quote for you
  • Improve how the website works
  • Keep our forms free of spam and abuse

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, maintain records, and operate our business.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to help operate our website, deliver emails, understand website usage, and protect forms from spam and abuse. These providers may process information on our behalf where necessary to provide their services.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Zorren uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect our forms from spam and automated abuse. To work out whether a visitor is a real person, Turnstile may collect technical and behavioural information from your browser.

Cloudflare processes that information in line with its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy. You can read more in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy/.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, performance, and advertising. Some are set by us and some by the third-party services below. Analytics cookies help us understand how the website is used, such as which pages are popular and where the site could be clearer or faster. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising and to understand which actions people take on our website, such as submitting an enquiry form. This lets us see how well our ads work and reach people who may be interested in our services.

The Meta Pixel runs in your browser and may set cookies (for example _fbp and _fbc). When you submit a form, we may also send a matching event to Meta from our server (the Conversions API). To help Meta match the event to an account while protecting your details, contact information such as your email address or phone number is converted into a hashed (scrambled) form before it is sent. We do not send Meta the plain text of your contact details through this integration.

Meta processes this information as a data controller under its own terms. You can read more in Meta's Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. You can manage how Meta uses your data through your Meta account settings and ad preferences.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep the information you send us safe and only share it where necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries, provide services, or meet legal obligations. That said, no website or online service can promise complete security, so we can't guarantee it absolutely.
